I inquired of Gan Well by telephone about Keirin frame the other day.
Gan Well never sells new stock Keirin frame and used Keirin frame.

Only order made producing sells Gan Well frame.
The frame is never sold from foreign countries to Japan to the traveler.

All overseas sales of the frame are contracted to E.A.I and Gan Well is left.
Gan well plans to dispose of used Keirin frame to maintain the business relation to E.A.I.

E.A.I.watches the tourist from abroad go to Gan well of Kyoto to buy the Keirin frame.
It is very difficult to buy used Keirin frame in Japan.

Hey Tomity,

Wow that bad news, I understand EAI is contrated but to destroy used frames due to them sucks. wataci wa hachi gatsu Tokyo desu. I hope to see you then.

wow, this is bad. gone are the days of cheap
training frames or scratched gan wells for next to nothing.
so they won't sell to anyone (foreign or japanese) coming in
to the factory anymore? or is this just the official statement...
possibly allowing for people to get a frame off the record?

Reread again what Tomity posted. They will not sell used frames because of EAI contract with them.

EAI must have found out and talked to Gan Well. who wants a EAI stamped GanWell pro..not me!

especially not for 1600 or whatever they're selling them for.
i guess i'm just wondering if this is just a press release to make eai
happy or if they really honestly won't sell older used (even drilled) frames.
either way, i'm nowhere near japan so i guess it doesn't matter.
but still, the days of $100 ganwell frames is gone. bummer.
