Hey everyone,
I just thought I'd introduce myself, I've been reading a lot of the threads for a couple of weeks now and decided to join which i'd been meaning to do for a while. I got into cycling last easter when I was put out of running action due to bad hips. Now i'm looking to start some road racing next season, we'll have to see how the training vs the turkey regime goes,
