Has the option to substitute text for a URL been lost?

When using the "Insert Link" function, what used to happen was a window popped up that allowed text substitution, such as with those links in my sig. After typing in the substitute text, another window popped up for the proper URL. Right now I only have the 2nd URL window popping up.

Ahh, interesting, I'll look at this further tonite.

When I make a link (http://www.monogodo.org/), I type it normally, then highlight the text I want to become a link, click the link button, then enter the URL. The board software automatically wraps the highlighted words with the URL tag information.
