I am reading this book by Joe Friel (The cyclist's training bible 3rd edition), it's a really good book however it does not really cover anything about track racing.
Does anyone know of a training book that is specific to track racing?
yes there is a book but will have to look for the book in storage. It is from the mid 80s.
Very good book and has a lot of information. Give me time though as it fell apart and lost the cover.

I'd probably be up for getting it online in some fashion; I can type real good. Not sure if the book's super-rare or something.
