Hey I thought yall might like to check this out. First of all this isnt a scam lol. Well its a game in this world you are in and the point is to steal money from other people's bases. You navigate north/south/east/west and a new screen pops up with something saying like "Wasteland, swamp, jungle, mountains, different stores for upgrades, deserted and member bases." Once you join you recieve 5 dollars. You can upgrade stats such as Attack, stealth, base fortification, security, and transportation for a price. Doing so will make it harder for people to steal money from your base, and with attack you can attack their base even if they put fortifications on their base. Stealth makes it possible to spy on their base to see what their fortifications are. If you upgrade your security it will tell someone who is spying they are caught, and usually they won't attack. If you land on a mountain square, you can search it to find money(5-15 cents). Attacking bases will get you from 6-90 cents. If you attack then lose againt their fort strength, you'll drop about 10-20 cents. Now once you get at least 25 dollars they'll either paypal or write you a check with the excess money you have. they do this every 2 months and 4 months by check. This is not a scam, cause my I have seen my friends checks from there. Evertime you go into a new square, theres a different add on the top and left, so thats how they make their money. You get 250 moves at 12pm and 350 at 12am eastern time. For me I make about 4-9 dollars a time. I hope you can join, cause its really fun. Not to mention the money you could get;) http://www.wealthwars.com/?r=EJ

If you want to play the game for kicks, go ahead. Seems modestly amusing if you have the time for it. But if you think it's a good way to get some spare change, let's see...

You must complete all your moves every once in a while. That's 600 times in a day on those days viewing ads in exchange for the money. You also face ever-dwindling amounts of money as the game universe expands. Only the lower level people earn decent amounts searching for money. The rest raid. The rules are purposely set up that way. Raiding doesn't add to the pool of money. As more people move on toward raiding, everyone's share keeps getting smaller since only the bottom-feeders are contributing to finding new money.

As a money-making scheme for the players, it's a thinly veiled pyramid scheme. Minus the cost of getting "in" on the scheme. (For the site operator, on the other hand, it's brilliant. Revenue streams stay more or less constant as a player progresses, but your outlay keeps going down as the player progresses. In fact, at some point, it turns negative! Upgrades cost the player money, and you're not giving the player any money directly. At higher levels, they're raiding it from other players.) The early people have easy riches, but things get tougher from there. The amounts of money you find don't increase, but as more players sign on, you encounter more people raiding your money. And so you try to upgrade. The cost of which drains even more cash into the pockets of those running the site. But then you just start facing stiffer competition for ever-dwindling amounts of money as you climb the ladder since it's only the bottom-feeders that are finding meaningful amounts of money. You're really dependent on an ever-growing group of new players in order to have enough money floating around to sustain the game. And thus, a thinly veiled pyramid scheme.

I admit, though, I didn't actually view the full rules since I had no interest in setting up an account. My conclusions are drawn from the information available without setting up an account and from trolling around their forum a bit for amusement.
