Just got my first welding torch, pretty much on a whim. I had been thinking about it, and then ran into this:

at half off, and tossed it in the cart.
After a few moments pondering left/right threaded valves, and which direction I was facing, I finally got the thing going. I'm quite excited. One of my roommates and I have decided that the proper first project for us is to build an adjustable stand for future projects, so hopefully we'll get that started soon.
A quick question: what is an actual store (not online) where I can find welding glasses that fit over my prescription lenses? I looked at home depot, and they didn't have any, though I was in the welding section, they might be hiding somewhere else.
