Hey guys, im writing an article for my final paper in my mass media class. I have chosen to report about richmond virginia's push to become more bike friendly. I was wondering if anybody would care to comment on what a city needs to do and what problems they might encounter in this process. I am planning on comparing richmond to larger cities who may or maynot be bike friendly..
