For the last couple of years I've been logging all my training information on a small Excel file that I downloaded free from a site called Velotrax.
The site is gone and I emailed the guy who ran it with no reply.
I really want to continue using his system but the file is mostly protected so I can't update it for 2003.
Is anyone here competent enough with Excel to copy the formulas etc and create a file for 2003?
