What adapter do i need to fit a set of DDG Floozy forks onto a cannondale sv-500
were can i get one in the UK?

I'm not familiar with the DDG Floozy Fork. What the heck is it? Do you have a picture or a link?
Regardless, if it has an 1-1/8" steerer tube, you can order reducer cups for it from any Cannondale Dealer, (might take a bit longer from the UK, but they should be able to get you one!)
Heck, if the Floozy is 1-1/2", (New 1.5 standard) you can get a reducer cup!
BTW, send "Bokkie" a PM, he'll know the name of the dealer where he bought his Cannondale from!
