start off slowly workin ur way up try an ride wiv friends so they might push u. as 4 the bike ive heard its pretty gud tho sum parts need changin for betta ones.

Ive had a Trek Vert 2 and vert 3.....I believe they got rid of the vert 3 didnt they? They seem to get rid of a model every year. Its an ok quality bike, especially for just starting off, yet a few things might want to be changed later on. What kind of riding are you gonna be doing. The Vert 2 is kind of an all around bike, but its mainly for street or park.
