i have tried everything i can 2 get this chainwheel off and it still wont budge ! anyone got any idea,s ? i need all the help i can get !

Or try this. Like chicken soup, it couldn't hurt.....

Loosen but do not remove the bolts holding the crank to the spindle. Ride the bike, the flexing should loosen it up enough to come off.
