Olympic length-2 hours, 34 minutes. I should have been at least 3-5minutes faster as my right leg cramped up during the swim towards the end, and so I literally could not move it. It was dead weight. Might have been the most painful experience of my life. So I added almost 5 minutes to my swim time because I was only able to kick with one leg. Not going to make excuses, but I am still really happy with how I did. I feel like I probably could have done more, which is a good feeling! I was shooting for 2:30, so 2:34 is perfectly fine with me. The running time was just awful, but I can deal with it. I had knee surgery on my left knee senior of high school, which is why I started cycling in the first place, to take the place of track and cross country. I think I'm addicted nontheless!
Gonna go get something to eat, more later.

Congrats. That is an awesome time.

It felt pretty good, I don't really know what a great time is or anything, outside of the actual olympic winning time. The winner's time was 2:20, so it was cool to not be too far back.

It really is, it was a blast!
It was also a ton of fun to drop the guy on the Quintana Roo with Zipps! It was a really great Tri to start off with. It was my college's triathlon, so it was really supportive, and it was fun to hang out with some of my profs on a Saturday morning!

if your only 14min off the winning pace pulling your dead weight, I would say you are very competitive. Congrats, but take it easy on us riding Roo's and zipp's(we compensate for lack of talent with any advantage we can :D)

Nothing wrong with the bikes, I think it's totally cool. It was just fun to drop people on the bike who gained time on me in the swim!

What do you guys do for a recovery the next day? I am wanting to do an hour ride at about 130 max HR and a really light swim, but I am not so sure. Any suggestions?
