I'm looking at picking up a custom Co-Motion lugless filet-brazed frame. The owner said it was hit by a car and one of the seat stays was bent. Based on the pics belows, your advice would be appreciated.
1) will this need to be replaced or does it look repairable? (esp. since it will carry a heavier-than-normal load as a touring bike)
2) ballpark figure on cost of repair or replace? (the frame is $60, so I'm trying to decide if it's worth it)
3) what other damage should I look for, given that it's been in an accident?
