I don't know how you guys feel about how your bike looks, but I like a sleek looking bike that still gets the job done. I was just taking a close look at the Trek website and that dadgum Remedy and Session 7, 77 just look ugly to me. (I hope I'm not hurting anyones feelings here)

The Session 10 is a SWEET looking ride. Very balanced looking.

Don't get me wrong, if the ugliest bike in the world was the best designed and most efficient bike in the world...barring $ I would buy it in a heartbeat. I hear so many good things about the FSR's, Maestro, Nomad's...those bike are very nice looking bikes and apparently ride like a dream.

Why does the Remedy and lower line Session have to look like a 4th grade art project?

The black one is not bad, to my eyes.

It definately looks cooler than the remedy.

Ya, the ride is the biggest concern though. I been trying to avoid riding one so I don't buy it. If I like it too much, I may change my mind on the looks.:D

I guess you can't discount the work of Andrew Shandro. According to "the press", he's the one who helped with the R & D.

In person session look fine, those pics look a touch squashed to be honest. Personally I don't like the look of the session 10.

The bikes look fine in person, trek just doens't have a good bike picture generator, they look terrible. My bruiser looked so much different than the pic they showed, thank god! :p

I've seen all those bikes except the Session 10, and they look fine. I really like the sessions though.

Does anyone know if the Session 7 and 77 are a horst link design? I went up to the Session 7, and it looked as though the chainstays had a pivot, but I'm not sure, it might have been a bolt to hold on the rear seat stay.

They are not. They are more akin to the stinky.

Is there one in your area you can ride? Our shops don't have any. A mini-ride report down a set of stairs would be nice.

Why would you start a thread about a bike you think looks ugly?

"Why would you start a thread about a bike you think looks ugly?"

Not too sure, just wanted to know what other people thought I guess.

I spent 8 hrs today surfing the net covering a shift @ the hospital doing absolutely nothing. I was pretty much a zombie when I posted it. I usually get in trouble when I post to threads at that point.

Sorry if this thread is crap.

It is nice to know that so many people dig these bikes though. It really makes me wanna go test ride a Session just to see how it rides.

I never hear anyone talk about them, so maybe I should change the thread to "What do y'all think about the new Remedy/Session bikes". Would be more constructive.

Nah, actually I can understand when people make semi stupid threads when they are stuck at work. Thats cool then.

I would agree, it does like kind of weird. I think its partially because of the seat being so high up. Notice in the session pics the seat is alot more down.

The session 7 & 77 and Remedy look nice, the 10 is a bit on the ugly side.
