Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Right now I got a '03 Giant DS2. Overall its been a decent bike, Never really broken anything, although I had to replace the derailer because i got to much mud in it once. I want to upgrade to a better mountain bike though. At the local bike shop they have a Giant NRS(i think an 04 model). I want to know if it would be a good bike for what I do. For the most part I ride around town on the street, a jump here and there, and trail riding on the weekends.

OK today I went to the bikeshop and I test rode a specialized P2, and love it. What are ur guys opinion on it? Do you think it would be a good bike for the riding that I do?
Yes it seems like it would be a decent bike for that.
