I have a frame recently obtained from eBay. It's an aluminum frame with no manufacturer markings. It appears to never have been built-up. I'm trying to figure out who built it. Hints are as follows: small round head-badge was removed, fillet welds are sloppy (chunky looking,) there's no seat-post bolt fitting or clamp. Frame is a road frame, (in the 58cm range,) with borings for down-tube cable guides. There's clear serial number on bottom bracket. Only other markings are the words "Bacon-Tek" on the down tube. I'm assuming this is a team name or other owner-mark.

Any help on this? Sort of looks like a newer Schwinn size and shape logo on the head-tube. Here's a page of photos.

Thanks. That's just the information I needed to further my query. And I found some corroborating evidence that it is a Schwinn frame.

I appreciate your help.
