Where to buy wheels and wheelsets

I'm tired of slogging through BMX wheel listings, and recumbent wheel listings that sell a 20" F and a 26" R. Where can one buy ISO 406, 19 mm rim channel, wheel sets for 20" folders, with a cassette rear hub (other than the Rolf/Kiinetix set from Dahon)?

Not custom built wheels, .... rather, a machine built wheelset from Taiwan or PRC.

I know they're hand built, but maybe it's something you can use.

I'm not really pleased with the wheels that came with my bike. I'll be upgrading as soon as I can.

Yes, J. Gaerlan "hand rebuilds" Dahon wheels, or for heavier riders, he will start with an FMF double wall rim for the rear (costs a little more) and build with a 130 mm Sora hub or a 135 mm Deore hub.
