I have a set of Impact Mag pedals that are about four months old. I have noticed that there is the slightest amount of movement (feels like where the axle joins the pedal body) when I grab hold of the pedal with my hand and move the pedal body.
Is this normal? I have pulled the pedals out and have checked that they have been tightened in the cranks and that the threads have been greased.
I have three sets of Impacts. Two ,Mag ti's, each have about 15,000 miles on them. I have a new set of basic Impacts for my weather bike that have 1,500 miles on them. None have any play or slop. Never did. The pedals are serviceable but luckily I have not had to open them up so would not be able to advise how to fix. Love em.
