Hey guys,
I am cabling my first set of Triathlon/aero bars, and i would like to know if anyone has a resource for a howto on this type of cabling. ive done a buch of road bars w/ brifters and down tubes but im worried that this may be different ie should the bar end shifter cable go infront of or behind the bars how should the barend shifters be installed, with the ends facing me up or forward when fully relaxed, so many questions..

I'm sure there are Tri-specific web sites that will give you guidence.
I'd route the cables so you get the straightest run to the housing anchors. I'm not sure what you mean by "in front of or behind the bars". The aero bars or the drop/cowhorn bars? I think the cables run on the underside if the aerobars and pass under the drop/cowhorns. I also guess the shift levers are set so the ends face directly forward in the relaxed positions, sort of like downtube shifters. Again, look for a tri-specific web site for better info.
BTW, is your Avatar an SP-101?

Yeah, an N-frame isn't usually considered a suitable CCW tool. You must be pretty big or wear very loose clothes. :)

im a medium build 5-6, but i can usualy get away w/ carring what ever gun i feel like (can easly carry a 1911 45) usualy jeans and a untucked bowling or other button up loose fitting shirt does the trick.. little bit harder in cycling lycra HAHA
