I got that 24hr Flu Thursday Night pretty bad. I felt good again by Fri Night. Does anyone have an opinion on how long one should weight to start exercising again?

A doctor once told me there is no such thing as a 24 hour flu. The flu lasts for a week and kicks your butt...
24 hours of puking and crapping is probably food poisoning. You are certainly dehydrated after that so take another day off and drink lots of water and V8.

I just got caught in the worst crappiest freezing cold rain in my life for 20 miles got absolutely soaked, now I have the worst belly ache in history and I wanna spew too!! My stomach enzymes are screwed up!! :(
