Finally! I don't have to endure Flava Flav and Tori Spelling repeats. "Hysteria:The Def Leppard Story" was actually pretty good....

They began consolidation of VH1 and VH1 Classic last month, to boost ratings.

I have Dish Network and get them as usual (2 different channels).

All that power, and no TV Guide?
Check your listings. The signals from space appear to be inhibiting your higer brain functions....:D
Anyway, the "40 Greatest Metal Songs" countdown was kind of lame (Korn? Manson? Public Enemy?),
But the top ten were pretty cool, even if I could predict 8 of 10. 'Iron Man' was #1. I can't argue with that.
"The Decline Of Western Civilization" is one of the best documentaries ever.:)

Guide is built in. I get seperate channels, seperate programming, as I always have. And how/why are you insisting I'm not? WTF's up with that?

The original was, but not the Metal Years one. WAY too much attention to party-metal glam "hair bands".

I listen to metal, therefore I must be compelled by the forces of evil...
You are the almighty god of home theaters. Why did you come into my thread just to say the programs are seperate? Check your listings, Vh1 Classic shows are on Vh1 this month (Great for us basic cable folk).
Now, get out of that musty theater, and onto a bike!:D

God...no. Just a guru. I'd sure like to buy a v.12.3 SVS PB12 Plus/2.:D
Yes I know on VH1 it's Metal Month, but the programming remains seperate. VH1does have some of the Classic programming, but not much.
Most cable companies don't carry VH1 Classic, Fuse, nor MTV2...thus new metal is virtually nonexistant. Cable, just say no!:p
The theater isn't musty. I don't have time to ride because I'm studying for finals.:( I'm on a short break from studying.

It focused on the L.A. metal scene. What was she gonna do it on? That was what was going on at the time.
