Do I just pop off the top plastic caps? Then what? Is there an air nozzle under the cap? Do I need a shock pump to do this?
On the bottom of the fork I think if I remember correctly I may have seen some kind of bolt for a hex key. Should I touch this at all?
Sorry, I don't have the manual for this bike and am new to mountainbiking

What kind of fork is it? If it's an air fork you will need a shock pump.

I do not know.
I'm afraid to pry off the plastic cap unless I truly know something is underneath.
They are Judy Rock Shocks

Is it the Rock shox judy C? I think it's an internal spring coil fork, but maybe I'm wrong.

Yes it says "Judy C"
So, they can't be adjusted?

I don't believe so. I think it's just a fixed internal spring, but you should wait for others to chime in who know more.

i wouldnt touch those bolts... if it was meant to be adjusted, it would be easier to asjust than using an allen(hex) key.
