My front derailleur is out of adjustment again for the third time since I bought it 11 days ago. Can someone explain how to adjust it, and which screw is high and low. It is a tiagra front derailleur on a triple front. Thanks.

What's wrong with it? Throwing the chain? Won't shift? Rubs in certain gear combos?

Its the cable tension that needs adjustment so the cage lines up properly over the middle ring. Tension adjustment is to compensate for cable stretch and cable housings settling in to their stops. H and L screws dont go out of adjustment. The park tool site is good guidance.
