Helloooo D200! Finally got through the humongous waiting list and snagged one so from now on,

Bar tape = photo paper.
Chain lube = ink cartridges.
Carbon rims = lenses.

Well, I'll still ride but those carbon wheels I've been eyeing will have to take a back seat...

Mmmmmmmmmmm... a guy I know got a D200. Let me mess with it for a while. I've never felt lust for a piece of plastic and glass before...

It's a camera Siu. Not quite the level of indy fab, serrota, but at least a vanilla. :)

I'd like a DSLR too... I am not ashamed to admit it. It'd be a tough choice, a new bike or a DSLR camera with all the fixin's.

I have a DSLR but I'll admit that I'm still very fond of my old-fashioned Nikon film camera. There's something wonderful about disappearing into the darkroom for a few hours and coming out with something you can frame.

now you just have to get the f2.8 VR lenses to match

I don't think this forum can handle 10.5 megapixels of well composed, properly exposed (pun intended) ass.

This thread reminds me that I need to buy a new Digital Elph....my S110 is still screwed up, and not worth fixing.

Pity too, it was a fantastic camera....my first good digital. I have an HP that sucks liquified marmot sack, but I'd rather not waste CF card writes on it.

...Sadly all my good cameras have issues....even my EOS has a defective display :(

So I finally bought a D70 to take a pic of my D200 and vice versa. I guess that's about it, I'm done taking pictures.
