A book about the bicycle messenger subculture. Anybody know anything about it? I've only seen a few used copies listed for sale on the internet, and they're asking a couple hundred dollars or more for them. Is the book really that valuable, and if so, why?

ive read it and met the author once, no it isnt worth more than $10 if that, it may no longer be published though, but my local library has a few copies
