LAst summer i got a 5200 , paid for a professional fitting but I was never comfortable on this bike. I went back 3 times and complained about not being comfortable and even hurting when riding, the fitter made adjustments and i finially figured id never be comfortable on this bike and just lived with it.

This past weekend I met Swifty, Paul Swift.

HE was in town , demoing his fit tecniques and his system at the LBS. I got in for a fitting with him and withen minutes he made 3 adjustments that broght instant comfort. then he started to take measurements and more adjustments and suggesting things , he even measured my feet and changed the cleates a little bit too. In less than an hour I felt like this relly made a differance and am now comfortable on my road bike.

The least I could do after the fitting was buy lunch. The conversation covered many areas i even got some awsome training tips Swifty is a great, if you ever get the chance to meet him go for it! check out the links above if you dont know who he is.

this is not an advertizment at all rather that i feel so enlightened by the fact that i stumbled in to the LBS and came away with a good fit and met a champion,in the process who is a great person.

Like i said earlier all fitters are not equal
