Stand to pedal if I need any speed, and to do pretty much everything, but sit to just ride to somewhere or rest.

i always stand becase it is easier to ride and u get more indurance and i have my seat low as it can go so it is awkward to pedal sitting down

Haha, sounds tight.
Ive done this before while screwing around at the skatepark with some friends, try going up quarter pipes sitting down, thats scary.
And hitting dirt jumps sitting down, haha
