It depends on what you call a jump, but if you're doing mostly cross country it should be okay.

nothing above 1.5meters high... like a drop... and i was wondering if these bikes could take impacts from rocky roads, roots, rocks, branches and stuff like that... mostly forest... aprently its "technical"

Everything except the drops. Weird that someone that seems to do mostly xc also wants to do 5' drops as well.

I would say most bikes can handle anything to a point. If the jump is big, maybe not, if the rock is big, maybe not.
