sometimes when i ride my bike i get a noise coming from somewhere around the cranks. what can i do to stop the noise.

well ull need to oil and/or grease them (not the crank arms obviously) and if that doesnt work, ull have to take apart your cranks and give em a good clean and then grease the bearings

i can not undo the bolt on my crank. i bent the allen key trying. how can i undo it
