I recently picked up an older Schwinn World Sport. It's a bit rough but salvageable. The frame is in good shape but the paint is a bit spotty. I was wondering if it's wothwhile to repaint, or leave it as is. If I paint it I lose all the decals which are mostly intact. Can new decals be had? Or, is anyone aware of touch-up paint available? That might not be a bad option either.
