You can buy single Miche cogs fitting Campy 8x casette and spacers to match.
You can convert Record 8x casette hubs to 9-10 speed using higher end Gipiemme casette bodies (funny, Campy own ones will not fit) - they are sold separately in Campy/Shimano versions. I have done that to one of my Shamal sets.
