Hi group. I live North of Indy in a small college town Lafayette, IN. I'm not like most of you. I just want to get some excercize. It seems my other hobbies, sitting on my ass and beer drinking have caught up with me. I lost ten pounds dieting and walking, but have 30# more to go, so I'm renting the much hated Wally~Mart bike. If it seems like something I might get addicted to I might return it and get a better one. Else, It's disposable. I'm looking to ride about 1/2 to 1 hour a day. I don't care how far I get or how fast I go. Haven't really started yet, but I did ditch the ass hatchet right off the bat.

My hobbies: Beer (www.guinness.com/), machining/metalworking (www.mini-lathe.com/), model railroading (http://2guyz.info/), dragonfly/cpgnuke (http://cpgnuke.com/) (a PGP based CMS), and other free software. (http://www.linux.org/) I used to add "girls" to this list, but after having the same one for 20 years I decided I should take it off. My hobbies all tie together. One supports the other.
