Music doesnt have to be in the same genre. People don't just listen to one type of music. Ever heard of an open mind?
Yes, because I listen to different kinds of music.

Just about anything off Kill Em All or Ride The Lightning. Their covers of Bob Seger, Motorhead, and Mercyful Fate tunes. Anything on the first Garage Days album. They mellowed out too much and lost their edge. When Lars carks it, I'll put my Metallica picture disc on ebay.

I'd say 1st or 2nd Garage Days (Garage Days Revisited...1st one w/Newsted) are good for Covers...any album after AJFA sucks, IMHO (saw them both times for Justice, w/Queensryche & w/The Cult...saw them @the Monsters of Rock Tour...Supporting Master of Puppets).

Oh!

...so essentially music characterized by the artists I listed, that you tried to say didn't mix?

Because yours didn't... mine somewhat go hand-in-hand. The only thing that sticks out is techno, and it's one song.

Ah, I see now. We both like many of the same "genre's" of music that you listed; when you list them by music-store genre, they baselessly "go hand-in-hand," but when I list the artists who characterize the origins of those genres, point out how much historically they draw from the same sources, they *don't* go "hand-in-hand?"

I guess I'm still not buying it (pre-owned, perhaps.)

I'm a bigger fan of the progenitors of "gangsta-rap" and "rock" (see: NWA and Elvis) and think that they fit together as examples of the history of their genre, as opposed to some of the more awful contemporary syntheses of the two that exist today (see: linkin park), but hey, if hand-in-hand works for you, that's tight.

Like I said before: music is about personal preference, taste. Enjoy sipping on your Linkin Park.

DragonForce is the only band you'll ever need.

One band?
What happened to listening to different bands?
Or even different genres?

Stupid stuff went here.

I have Hank Willaims and Marilyn Manson on my Creative, and they sure as hell dont mix.

People like different types of music, if I listened to MM all day I would kill sombody. If I listen to Hank Willaims all day I would marry a cousin.

So do you say "skeye"?

mude

what?

the always end in in pronuciation with a "a" or "uh"
not an "er"

FitRider 921
01-21-07, 06:07 PM
Well the formal word ends in "er". Everything else is just ghetto speak. But "skeye" was sky.

Well, you knew what I was referring to, and most other euphimisms for that are not acceptable on the forums.
