I was in my LBS asking about a wheel build today, an my wrench suggested using Ritchey trekking 700 comp OCR rims instead of Mavic 719s. The Richeys are about 1/2 the cost of the Mavics, and I really trust my shops recommendations.
Anyone have experience with these? I can't find much info online, and Harris used to sell them but doesn't seem to have them available online--it's possible Ritchey's not making them anymore. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.
