I was recently fitted on my new tribike. Everything is good except that the reach to the end of my bullhorns is a trifle long. I have a 90mm stem, so I can't go much shorter on that. The measurement from the bend (at the main part of the bar) to the end of the bullhorns is 190mm. Does anyone know of any that run shorter? I'm using Profile Design bars, if that's any help.
Thanks.
Have your LBS adjust or cut to fit. I must have cut my HED 1-piece Carbon Wing extenstions 4-5 times, 1/4" at a time until it was right.

My wife has the Vision Tech base bar. They seem to be pretty short. Here's a picture: http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/trisports_1894_13742823
I really like the finish on the bars and I even have grown to like the huge logos on them. However, if you're occasionally hold the part of the bar on either side of the stem (like some riders do when they're climbing), it won't be as easy because that part is flat and narrow, making it a bit uncomfortable to grip.

Good ideas. Thanks.
