I don't care what a soul thinks about me. I am not a spammer...but I did notice that I felt really really good on the bike. I work in the healthcare industry and common sense tells me that this stuff is nothing more than vitamins... I got a free sample of them from my LBS who picked them up at interbike. (he doesn't sell the stuff and likely never will).

My question is has anyone ever heard of side effects of this product. I am one to think that noticing an enhancement of performance when using a product.... then whatever caused the enhancement has to be bad for you. I read the label of the stuff and don't see anything in it that can be harmful. Has anyone had bad experiences with the stuff. I noticed a big enough decrease in lactate burn to consider using the stuff on a regular basis. I have a freind who tried the stuff and said it did nothing for him. SO I am either a sucker for the placebo effect or have a magnesium deficiency. Maye the stuff works for some people and not for others.

Please don't hammer me for trying to support a product. I don't work for sportlegs. Just wondering what others think.

I used it for the first time this weekend during a tri and was basically blown away. There was zero burn due to lactic acid buildup, and no stitch in my side, either. I pedaled as hard as my aerobic capacity would allow, and had no muscle burn, which is unusual for me.

I spose it's possible I was just riding on the high of competition, but so far color me impressed.

The main ingredients can be found in good multi-vitamins, and in higher percentages.

I take 3 pills after all my rides and I have seen a difference since I started taking them. The next day I feel like I can do the same hard route again.
