For anyone that was interested in Spinervals on DVD, I was just at their site and noticed that it now says that all titles are available on DVD. Just find the video you want and choose Buy It.. it then asks which format you would like it in.

I ordered one on DVD before Christmas and still haven't received it. Wish they'd hurry up!

I might just have to order myself one of those to see if I like it. :)

VHS is fine with me. that way i can't skip to other parts and have to do the entire interval.
DVD is too tempting to skip to parts.

Finally received my DVD, "Have Mercy". It's a two hour workout so I doubt I'll be doing it all at once. :) The great thing about the DVD format is that it's broken up into a menu of 15 parts. So you can pick the warmup and whatever sections you want to do and then the cool down.

How is the quality of these discs?

This probably sounds stupid, but as a home theater geek I would not use them unless they are decent quality. If its a VHS-like, grainy picture I will wait. Otherwise I am keen on getting a few copies!

Can you buy any discs like this at Amazon btw? Carmichaels discs, Spinervalls or whatever... Where do you get them?
