Bicycle Mechanics - What to lube after rain

Rode in soaking rain yesterday. New Road bike w/ only 500 miles on it (Tarmac listed below). This rain is not a typical event for me, but may be more common as am riding more. I usually use a wax based lube (Pedros Ice Wax or White Lightning) on my bikes. This bike had been in shop couple times for some fitting/fine tuning. They have kindly used "Rock N Roll" lube (not sure which one): http://www.rocklube.com/chainlubes.html. This bike has not seen Ice Wax. Since I usually ride in dry conditions, I have a gallon container of Pedros Ice Wax, and have used this happily on my other bikes.

After this rainy ride I cleaned my
-frame, wheelset, drivetrain w/ damp (water) washcloth, then dry washcloth
-then on frame only used Bike Lust

My questions are:
1-What do I need to lubricate other than the chain after a rainy ride (rode about 30 miles in a steady rain)?

2-Do I need to take the bottom bracket apart and inspect? (Have FSA SLK Mega Exo): http://www.fullspeedahead.com/fly.aspx?layout=product&taxid=21&pid=693

3-Any recs on the chain lube? The Rock N Roll Lube seemed to hold up well in the wet conditions.

I sometimes spray a little on the derailleur hinges

Take your pick, but some wet weather lube is essential

Unless you go through heavy water which you suspect has gone into your hubs etc.
Just have a regular say 6 month schedule of maintenance, headset grease,jockey wheels, hubs.

Rode 90 minutes in a driving rain Friday. There was at least 3 ounces of water in my rear wheel. I had to remove the tire and tube overnight and let the water drip out through the Velox rimstrip and dry out. Front rim was dry.

Chain lube is a very personal thing (search the Forum and see for yourself), but Ice Wax doesn't lube at all when wet, but it's my regular lube. Most lubes that are good when wet are fine when dry, too, but they get your drivetrain all black and yucky. That's why they're good in the wet, they stay on the drivetrain, but collect gunk along the way. Wax based lubes will stop lubricating shortly after a soaking, subjecting your drivetrain to faster wear, but most of us have to make a choice - wax or petroleum-based lubes - as it's inconvenient to change lubes every day, or even every week. If you ride mostly when it's dry and rain rides are infrequent, then stay with a wax lube. If it's monsoon season, commit to a wet lube.

More important than lube choice is checking chain length and replacing your chain when it's wore out. Riding a chain beyond its time will kill your drivetrain faster than an unlubed drivetrain on the occaisional rain ride.
