....is fantastic. Just thought I should let people know.
I bought a Century from them last winter and have logged a couple of hundred miles (204.4) and came to the conclusion that their carbon shell seat was not intended for my magnificent posterior.... I e-mailed Rolf (the owner) and he fired an e-mail back almost instantly that he would send me the mesh seat to swap out and a shipping label to send the carbon seat back. Wow. I got the new seat a couple of days later (Thanks to a lady by the name of Kelly at Volae) and sure enough, they're gonna pay for shipping both ways.
New seat is perfect and MUCH more comfy for me, I might add. Now I can put some serious miles on this bike....:D
