Hi,

Just obtained a vintage CCM bike from my father.
It probably dates from the pre-war period. I will post pictures later today.
I need to replace the tires and was wondering if there are sources for 28 inches tires (28 X 1 1/2) that will fit this bike?
I have read somewhere that 28 inch tires made for Japanese or Ducth bikes will not necessarily fit.

Two places to try:

1) Coker Tire at http://cokertire.com

2) Memory Lane Classics (not sure of their web site)

Canadan 28" tube type tires are 700s--modern M/B 29s or wide (28mm plus) 700s work great.
