Usually around midnight though I am trying to get to bed at 11:30. I cannot imagine going to bed at 9:00. What time do you have to get up? Come mid summer I am usually rolling in from training rides about 9PM.

usually around 9. Sometimes earlier. Went to bed at ten last night as I stayed up to watch "Big Love".

Those wacky polygamists.

I get up around 5:40-6:15 am. Don't use an alarm clock, I just wake up.

The 18 month old in our house crashes out around 8:30 pm CT. After reading a couple of fine pieces of literature with said 18 month old (I recommend Goodnight Moon, Goodnight Gorilla, and The Itsy Bitsy Spider for optimal bedtime reading), the adults usually fall asleep soon thereafter, which would be around 9:00 pm CT.

The lesson is.... when the kids sleep, you sleep.

3:00-7:00am, EST. Creature of the night here. I like to see the sunrise. I usually get up between 7:00 am. and 9:00am, EST ( I hate lying around in bed). I rarely take naps. My doctor says I have a "hypermetabolism", whatever that means.

Logically, my patterns of sleep are more normal when I'm in the Pacific...(2:00am-6:00am PST)

I go to bed by 10 on nights when I work the next day because I need to be up at 5 am.

Its no longer true, but at a job I used to have we used to say. "We get to sleep in since we only do half days. 5:30 to 5:30."
