San Diego! The best cycling town I was ever in! San Diego has it all -- ocean, mountains, deserts -- all within an hour's drive. Also has the most beautiful women and the best taco joints! It brings back fond memories when I listen to Roger Hedgecock whenever he takes over for Rush Limbaugh. Welcome to the Bike Forum!

Welcome, rockstar. I am from San Diego myself. The riding there is fantastic. I now reside in Houston, Texas, where the riding is horrible, but I am about to move again.

Welcome rockstar.

Looks like a fun trail :) I've been to San Diego a few times, it's a nice place. I'd love to explore it on a bike.

i'm still exploring san diego trails, i figure i'll do it one trail at a time. my next trail i plan to bomb is Noble canyon, it is supposed to be incredible single track in trees to intense rock gardens (very rocky, very techical, very strenuous, very steep) wish me luck:D

Ah San Diego my home away form home it is the best town for biking I have been in. I get down there a couple times a year my brother lives at Mission Beach. I am mainly a road biker did the San Diego Bay the last time I was there and have been up north as far as the base on the coast and do the mission bay trail for my warm up. I did dink around Rose Canyon last March when I was down there my first time off roading so it was perfect for me to break in on single track. Welcome aboard

Is Andrew Luster, the Max Factor heir who exists off a large trust fund, lives in a California beach house and diligently pursues his surfing hobby (in addition to reportedly drugging females he meets in bars) a member of Bike Forum? He sounds like he would fit right in with our group. :D
