I already ordered a set of profile cranks for my bike, and I decided that I would ugrade my pedals now too so I dont have to worry about it later on. I was thinking about getting kona's, but would anybody recommend a different kind of pedal? I do alot of urban street riding and dirt jumping so I want something that is good for that.

I have the Primo Mg Tenderizers, and i hate them.

I would get Odyssey Mg JC's or Wellgo Mg-52's.

i hate the magnesium pedals, they dissapear after you even do the smallest pedal grind. by the way, do they act like normal magnesium when you light them because i wanna try that on a big block of it

Yeah, when i have done pedals grinds on them, they spark like crazy, and its tight, but your right, they dissapear.

I cant wait to get those Mg-52's, there soo good, light, good pins, good size, black, and have sealed bearings (what more is there from a pedal).

Any of you guys seen the new ruben pedals or the s&m Pedals? Just wondering. Btw i ride primo and i hate them, only reason i dont buy new ones is im too cheap

Most stock pedals suck, im sure the S&M pedals will be okay for a while, but you will eventually want to get some JC's or other ones
Wellgo Mg-52's are still my favorite

I've had my S&M pedals only a few days with my Fit, and they have already chipped a bit, and I can not even remember ever having the pedals make contact with anything. The pedals are also not very grippy, even in my nice edwin shoes.

FMF makes racing parts. So i wouldnt get them.

Get Odyssey JC's and if you dont like 'em go with those Wellgo Mg-52's, i rode my freinds and i love them, thats what ill be buying when my Primos finaly die.

Yeah, your correct about the S&M pedals...

And no, Mude bought the Mg-52's and ive ridden his bike a few times, and i love 'em, ill be getting them when i get my frame, whenever that is, haha.

ok, I went to the bikeshop that I work at, and a couple of the people who work there were tellin me to go with these magnesium pedals that they had there in stock, and that they were better than the jim C's. Im not for sure of the brand, but I think that they are eastons or something like that? Ill find out exactly what they are when I get out of school today and post them up.

Eastern pedals suck, my freind has a set, they arent grippy at all and there just not good.

Stick with JC's or those Wellgo MG-52's that im in love with.
