1)My odyssey Milk bars are stripped slightly on 2/3 of the circumference of the knurled part where the stem clamps down
Are my bars still good to ride?
and...
2)My stem bolts keep stripping out, not the threads but the hexagonal cavity where you put the allen wrench
i'm not sure if its my allen wrench because i think its a little odd on how big it is
or should i just adjust my bars less so my stem bolts last longer
p.s. how do i remove stripped stem bolts? not stripped threads but stripped hexagon cavity

still good to ride for awhile and adjust less
You're using the wrong allen wrench. You either have metric bolts and you're using an SAE wrench, or vice-versa. This will round off the corners and ruin the bolt. Allen wrenches are cheaper than replacement bolts, so that's an easy choice.
If there isn't enough left to remove the bolt, you need a tool called an ez-out. It's designed to remove stripped bolts exactly like what you've got. Another option is to take it to a machine shop and pay tem to do it (heck they might even do it free, since it's about a 2 minute job).

Take a torx bit just slightly larger then the allen head, and tap it in with a hammer.

The answer
Get new bars.
And a new stem.
S&M makes amazing stems, and bars.

^he doesn't need a new stem. Thats a waste of cash when he only needs $4 in bolts.

But if he got a new stem, such as a Redneck, his bars would never slip again...
