Or Hanukkah, or ......????
I got a pair of cycling socks, a couple of spare tubes and a patch kit. These were stocking stuffers from the in-laws. They always get me something cycling related however small. It's a nice jesture!
My wife renewed my subscription to Dirt Rag. Thanks Honey!!! She also got me a new jersey. A long sleeved Team Intense one. She doesn't know she got it for me, but she did! wink, wink!
The manager of the LBS where I work PT, gave me a hat! We agreed to not exchange gifts, but we did anyway! I gave him a CD!
My bro-in-law gave me a pneumatic butterfly driver, and three big packs of black zip ties (I use constantly for packing up bikes)
Although not directly cycling related, it will be used during cycling. My parents gave me a small digital camera. I'll be taking it with me on all upcoming rides and will begin posting some pictures of actual "riding", not just before and after shots!
I didn't get anything "big", but since I got my new bike a few months ago, my wife and I agreed I didn't really need anything. Plus, all our money went to get gifts for our only child. Our son is 2-1/2, and really into trains, so we got him a Thomas the Tank Engine train/track sets. Inlaws gave him the table! Plus numerous Hot Wheels, Race Cars and of course clothes!
I did try on some new helmets, but the shop didn't have the style/color I wanted in my size. If they did, I would have had a present from Santa under the tree.
