He got up, and threw his helmet at Blatchy.
He was relegated from that sprint match due to either(entering the sprint lane when Blatchy was in it, or leaving the sprinters lane when he had it as far as I remember.)

He was then disqualified from the rest of the LA World Cup due to Unsportsmanlike Conduct(throwing the helmet.)

Hello,

The videographer is in my club and he is also a track racer. Our club does a lot of volunteer work at the international events and I had the privelege of taking video for the UCI offficial who sits above the end of the front straight during the last World Cup event. It was pretty nerve-wracking making sure that you were tracking the rider properly.
