Love this pump. Hate the bracket. The worm gear screw snapped the back out of its hole. (okay, I overtightened it...)

Currently using 2 big velcro one-wrap straps to attach it to the underside of the top tube. I have a cable running along the top of the top tube, and I'm wrapping the velcro between the cable and the top tube so nothing gets interfered with.

Both my bottle cage mounts are populated with bottle cages.

Medium frame.

Any other ideas? Or am I doing this the best I can? For now, I'm not interested in off-bike storage (backpack, etc)

I'm assuming the backside? No issues hitting stuff on the trail?

Email Topeak and tell them what happened. They might send you a new one for free.

Mine works fine except I cut the the stap to short and now it sticks out instead of tucking underneath the mounting bracket.

Excellent pump ... excellent mount.

No problems hitting stuff; anyway, I'd rather sacrifice the pump than have to buy new lowers for a TALAS.

Can you describe your mounting strategy? I just tried this using my two velcro one wraps, moving the part of the bracket attached to the pump to the top of the tube, and snapping the curved part so the rubber could hug the shock better. Works peachy!
