Can somebody tell me where it is possible to download this file?
Or, where I can find it on a windows XP professional installation?

Is it part of the Windows OS, or is it actually the remnants of a dialer or similar that's been carelessly removed by a virus killer? We have two windows pop up when we start windows now saying that two .dll files are missing. Turns out they were for porn software that I know I wasn't looking at. The girl might have been though. Hmmm... :p

You'd usually find it in the C:\WINDOWS\System32 directory on WinXP. Did you lose it? If so, you could boot from your WinXP CD-ROM, use the Recovery Console, and do sfc /scannow, see if that helps straighten it out.

and sometimes you have to just run the boot scanner and have it rebuild the boot.ini file.
