Nice bike. The only thinig I don't like is the tt fork. But, other than that, purty sweet!!!

the TT fork was the lesser of 2 evils purchased cheaply from evil bay. my other choice was a manitou something or other...

First off, I love the bike. I love to see people out there riding Haro's. I think they're pretty cool and it's nice to see someone riding something else than a Specialized or Trek or something like that.

I used to have a Judy TT on my last GF. For bigger hits like taking a curb-sized bump straight on, it was fair. It was poo for small bumps.

The thing I noticed mostly about it was the stiction. It was the stickiest fork I ever owned. I constantly lubed it and wiped it. If it got any moisture whatsoever on the stanchions, it was basically a rigid fork. I bought an older Judy Race Hydracoil for $30 on the Bay and MAN was it a million times better. I have since traded that bike in for a bike that came with a Rockshox Pilot SL which is a pretty nice fork for entry level bikes. I changed that over to a Fox Vanilla and...well...that's just a whole different story there.;)

Other than that...I love the set-up. The SRAM stuff is right on and yes, I love the Brahma bar too.:D

If you get tired of that TT, you can usually get a Rockshox Pilot or Duke for less than $80 on peeBay. If you wait a little longer and save your $$$ you can get a really nice Manitou Black Super Air for less than $200.


Very good job, though. I'm jealous every time I see a new bike built. I want to build another one.:)
