Hey guys...I need to get outa IL, I was wondering if any of you guys worked in shops or know any shops looking for a Mechanic/Sales person. I've been a mechanic for about 6 or 7 years now. I know it's not the season right now, but I figure I'd get an early start. Thanks in advance guys! :D

ya I've already been looking there too, found a few. I just figured I'd put this up to get other options and if anyone had an inside track on anything.....thanks Kev!!

Any help from others would also be great!

Of the previous shops mentioned I would check out Cambria and WheelWorld. From my experiances they are by far the best in terms of customer relations and knowing what is what. Both shops have employees that race(xc, dh, etc.), have raced or are serious riders who keep on top of industry hapenings.

WheelWorld (http://wheelworld.com/site/index.cfm)
Culver City
4051 Sepulveda Blvd.
Culver City, CA 90230
(310) 391-5251

W.W. has two locations and the above is their main office.
Cambria has, I think, five shops in CA.
Check 'em out.
If you had out this way let me know and we could show you some of the local trails.

How far are you willing to relocate? Don't know of anything current, but I'll keep my eyes and ears open!

You posted while I was typing. I know some one that owns Cycleology. I could ask him if he needs help.
Any preferances on location?

I'm not really picky on where I end up. I love Colorado, I lived in Utah and taught as an instructor at the mountain bike school at deer valley. I mean anywhere is fine by me....I'm not a huge fan of so cal, but I haven't been there enough to really judge it enough, I'm sure there's some cool stuff down there. Pretty much anywere that has trees and isn't a desert is great, hows that?

Hey guys I really appreciate you all helpin me out here! Just thought I'd mention that.
